I have to be doing something wrong...

My twistout this morning looks a hot mess. I untwist and kind of fan it out like I would if i was doing a 'fro. It's my ends.. The ends of my twists always look crazy and I can't quite figure out why.. any ideas anyone?

Next YT vid I'll show how I twist my hair. I took it down a while back, so I'll do another one.
Why don't you curl the end of the twist with rollers or something ala curlynikki??
